Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium New Zealand Manuka Honey and your order.

What does the UMF rating on your honey mean?

UMF stands for Unique Manuka Factor. It is a quality trademark and grading system that ensures the purity and authenticity of Manuka honey, measuring the presence of key markers like Methylglyoxal (MGO) and Leptosperin.

How do you ensure the honey is authentic New Zealand honey?

Every jar we sell is harvested, packed, and labeled in New Zealand. We work directly with local beekeepers and ensure all products are certified by the UMFHA and meet the strict export requirements of the NZ Ministry for Primary Industries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our Manuka honey worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and tracking information is provided for all international orders to ensure safe arrival.

Is your honey raw and unpasteurized?

Yes, our Manuka honey is raw and unpasteurized. We use a cold-extraction process to ensure that all the natural enzymes, nutrients, and health-supporting properties of the honey are preserved.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened jars. If your product arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Why does the color and texture of the honey vary between jars?

As a natural product, the color and consistency of Manuka honey can vary depending on the season and the specific region where the bees collected the nectar. This does not affect the UMF rating or the quality of the honey.
